The hotel had perfect location close to many restaurants, the mall & movie theater and Right next to the mall.

Stayed in king room with a bathtub which was perfect for me. The staff was consistently courteous and amiable all the time. Location: the hotel was just next door to a large shopping area with a movie theater, the mall & movie theater, and the mall.

Marvellous position in the great area, close enough to a mall and the mall & movie theater and the center. Extremely spacious and beautiful room and exceptionally comfortable bed.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Niles and had a great experience. The location was convenient and easily accessible. The hotel was clean, both in the rooms and in the common areas. The rooms were spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The pool area was nice and clean, providing a relaxing environment. The staff, especially the night shift gentlemen, were responsive and quick to address any issues we had, such as a problem with the door locking. I found my stay at the Hampton Inn in Niles to be enjoyable and comfortable.

Even though there were a few drawbacks, such as the noise from the pool area and the limited breakfast selection, these were minor inconveniences compared to the positive aspects of my stay. The hotel's response to noise complaints and their efforts to maintain cleanliness and safety during these unprecedented times was commendable.

The room was reasonably spacious and beautiful, it had television, a fridge and a work desk. The location was marvellous and perfect, not very far from Encore Cinema.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Grab and go breakfast, pool by appointment. Quick response to door issue. Will stay again.

The hotel had a well-designed room with lots of charging ports and plugs, creating a convenient environment for all our electronics. The location was great, close to everything we needed during our stay. The staff, especially the manager, went above and beyond to fulfill our requests, making our departure a memorable one. The friendly desk and breakfast staff added to our enjoyable experience.

The rooms were good-sized, brand-new with a bathtub, ideal for us. Helpful and best staff, suggested places to visit.

It is a modern hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed its well-maintained rooms and affable personnel. Overall great food, plus there is Buffalo Wild Wings close by😀🙂
